What is your return policy?

All items under $400 and accessories are FINAL SALE. Apparel over $400 is returnable within 3 days from the item’s delivery. Return shipping rates apply, and the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received in. Every item is rare and thoughtfully selected. Vintage items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear. Please appreciate these items for their character.

What are shipping options?

Studio Dorothy offers $25 ground shipping nationwide, $100 rush shipping, and free local pickup in Brooklyn. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of the post carrier and all following action will be the customer’s responsibility. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again.
